BRE Apartments warmly welcomes special requests from its guests. Please inform us about any particular needs during your booking process.
Arrival and Departure Times
Arrival: From 15:00 to 18:00. Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time.
Departure: From 08:00 to 10:00.
Cancellation and Prepayment
The conditions relating to cancellation and prepayment can vary according to the type of apartment chosen. Please verify the specific conditions of the apartment at the time of booking.
Children and Minors
Minors must be accompanied by an adult throughout their stay. In compliance with the law, all minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal representative. Escorts or third parties designated by parents as responsible must provide a written authorization from the parents, with a certified signature. Children of all ages are welcome. For accurate information regarding prices and occupancy, please add to your search the number and age of the children who will be staying. Please note that minors, even if accompanied, cannot access areas that are not suitable for them, such as smoking areas.
Cribs and Extra Beds
Children 0 - 2 years: Cot available on request at € 25 per stay. Supplements are not included in the total amount and must be paid separately during the stay. Availability: 1 cot upon request. Cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.
Age Requirements
There is no minimum age to check-in, however, minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal representative.
House Rules
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Parties: It is not allowed to organize parties/events.
Quiet hours: Customers must respect the quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Please note that the safety of the minor is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian throughout the stay. The internal rules of the property must be respected to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. Furthermore, please note that the property is not available for bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar.
